Convenience Banking with Video ATMs

Have you heard the news?!

TS Bank offers Video ATMs at two locations: Atlantic and Downtown Council Bluffs. While they might look a bit intimidating, we promise our Video ATMS are user-friendly, and have the power to provide you with an even better banking experience.

While we encourage you to stop into one of these branches and receive a demo from an employee, we have also compiled some information on what you can expect before you come into the bank to use them!

TS Bank Video ATMs are much more than a regular ATM, they allow personal transactions between the client and Universal Banker. The Video ATMs allow deposits, check cashing, loan payments, withdrawals, and transfers, in comparison to a regular ATM that is self-service and only includes cash withdrawals and transfers. TS Bank believes the ATMs not only cut back wait times within the branch but also enhance client experience.

TS Bank’s introduction of the Video ATMs is not intended to replace bank employees, but are instead being put in place to handle frequent banking transactions, allowing Universal Bankers to develop richer relationships with clients.

The Universal Bankers onsite will be there to help walk clients through new products and services to ensure they are set up to succeed from the beginning. They will also handle cashiers’ checks, gift cards, travel money cards, account maintenance and wire requests. Universal Bankers will also help introduce first-time users to the Video ATMs until they are confident during transactions. It is TS Bank’s goal that clients are positioned to succeed in the right banking products to ignite their financial prosperity.

There is no fee or charge to use the Video ATM. If you are not a TS Bank client and are wanting to cash a check, there may be a nominal check-cashing fee that will be disclosed to you prior to your transaction. This fee is not directly associated with the Video ATM and would be charged to you at other branches as well as over the counter.

As of now, coin cannot be deposited into the Video ATMs but can be dispensed. However, the Atlantic and Downtown branches have a self-service coin counter for both client and non-client use. Large coin deposits can be made in the branch lobby.

Personal IDs will not be necessary for every transaction, as TS Bank hopes over time their clients will build relationships with Video ATM bankers just as they would with onsite bankers. However, for client protection, presentation of an ID may be asked if they are not fully confident. It is the bank’s intention when asking for an ID to safeguard client funds and build lasting relationships.

Four Video ATMs are located in the Atlantic branch, two in the lobby and two in the drive-thru, with the far-right Video ATM converting to a 24-hour regular ATM after closing. Video ATMs along with the drive-thru will be available from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to Noon on Saturdays.

Three Video ATMs are located in the Downtown Council Bluffs branch, one in the lobby and two in the drive thru with the far-right Video ATM converting to a 24-hour regular ATM after closing. Video ATMs along with the drive-thru will be available from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to Noon on Saturdays.
